What is Pro-Mobile Trade-in program?

The trade-in program allows you to return your old device and get a discount when purchasing a new device. When purchasing a product through the trade-in program, your old device will be collected by our trade-in vendor. Although you can immediately see the estimate trade-in value of your old device before deciding your purchase, this value stated is subject to change based on the selected Samsung model purchased, traded-in model, the old final device condition during pickup and other eligibility criteria.

Your trade-in device must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. You must be the legal owner of the trade-in device.
2. Your trade-in device must not be tied to any existing contract with Telcos.
4. The phone must not be network and IMEI blocked, reported as stolen or counterfeit.
5. Devices that are unlocked from iCloud and Google account.
