Executive
SUMMARY
Account Executives are typically employed in the advertising, IT, fashion, marketing or other related industries to learn the client’s expectations for a project and exceed these expectations. They’re responsible for enhancing a company’s performance by building strategies to implement projects and submit them by their deadlines. Account Executives often serve in a leadership role for their company by communicating deadlines, requirements and other client goals to other employees. They collaborate closely with clients to help them fully understand the services they offer and the work the client needs completed.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (i.e. AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis
- Responsible for checking expenses, subcontractor claims and staff claims
- To keep track of relevant documents, record and proper filing
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management report
- To prepare month-end reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and company secretary
- To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting assignment as assigned by superior from time to time

We are ideally looking for someone who is a whizz at administration, not necessarily media and marketing background but ideally has an interest in the industry as a career path. The team assistant role is extremely important and deals with large volumes of recruitment admin work. But there is opportunity to progress through the team and learn more about the role of Planning & Trading in due course
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will construct client report documents and presentations (including post analysis, WIP documents, competitive reports, market landscapes)
- You will be responsible for back end campaign monitoring including liaising with creative agencies on specs, material instructions, dub despatch, manage media deadlines and provide accurate material advice
- You will be responsible for the client communication and delivery of all recruitment and executional media requests for the Darwin & Brisbane team.
- You will track all positioning and placements of media to ensure accurate delivery against bookings
- You will adhere to an effective organisation and filing system to ensure that documents can be located easily if required at a later date or by colleagues in your absence
- You will lead the invoicing process from accurate loading all bookings, checking against the plan
- You will ensure 100% attention to detail & accuracy with all financials, budget control, account queries, loading MIs and Proformas. Respond to account queries within 3 days.
- You will start to develop key relationships with the media & publisher partners in your remit.
- You will take pride in all work delivered and ensures the presentation and design is impeccable and consistent with Atomic 212° brand guidelines • You will need to be able to think laterally and come up with potential solutions to issues
- You will have strong budget management skills for all executions (ensure budgets match briefs)
- You will have a high attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent verbal and written communication, project, time management and organisation skills, process orientated with an ability to work effectively to multiple deadlines.
- Experience with Google products inc Adwords beneficial.
- You will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic retail assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable
- Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions
- Make recommendations
- Assist shoppers with merchandise (proper sizing, color choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.)
- Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary)
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy
- Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS (point of sale) computer system
